The Lifeline Program, commonly known as the "Free Government Phone Program", is a US government aid program started by the government in 1985 to help Americans in need with the cost of phone service.
It started with landline phones, but when cell phones became common, this aid also covered cell phones.
Now, qualified Americans can receive a free Android smartphone plus free monthly service. (Unlimited Talk, Unlimited Text and 25 GB High-Speed Internet).
There is no contract they need to sign, no cost, and no commitment.
We are the only Referral Program for the Free Government Phone Program that allows any US citizen to sign up as a Referrrer
and start getting signups for the program. As a Referrrer for GovernmentSmartphone.org, you can sign up someone for the program and earn a commission.
For each qualified signup that you get, you will earn $10 per signup*.
You also have the option of recruiting other Referrers under you and will earn $4 for each signup* they get. That means you could have 1,000 Referrers

Qualification is generally based on income. If someone's income is at or below a certain point, they will qualify.
To show that they qualify, they can either provide proof of income or show that they are enrolled in another program that
prooves that their income is below a certain point, such as Medicaid or Food Stamps.
